If you're here, something hard happened. You're in the right place.

This is a nonprofit resource built by a stroke survivor who asked the same questions you're asking now — and couldn't find the answers. We're here to help you find them.

"Recovery is not a straight line. Some days you climb, some days you rest. Both are progress."

What is happening to me, what should I expect, and what are my possibilities?

We built this site around these three questions — because they're the ones nobody could fully answer when we needed it most.

Sunlight breaking through clouds over a mountain landscape

And the daylight grew heavy with thunder
With the smell of the rain on the wind
Ain't it just like a human
Here comes that rainbow again

— Kris Kristofferson, "Here Comes That Rainbow Again" (1981)

Every stroke survivor knows what it feels like to see those dark clouds. But ain't it just like a human — to look at the storm and know the rainbow is coming.

Built by someone who's been there

On New Year's Eve 2024, Aaron suffered a stroke. He spent a month in the hospital, a year away from work, and is still in active rehabilitation today.

During recovery, he discovered something that nobody tells you when you're lying in that hospital bed: there is no single, trusted place to find the resources, guidance, and community you desperately need.

So he decided to build one.

If you're a caregiver or family member — you need support too. The weight you're carrying is real, and you don't have to carry it alone. We have resources specifically for you.
